الوصف الوظيفي To consistently meet or exceed the assigned individual sales and collection objectives to contribute towards the achievement of the overall departmental and company objectives including growth in market share. Key Job Responsibilities include but not restricted to, Key Performance Area 1: Customer Satisfaction ·Ensure processing and delivery of orders on time towards customer delight · Prompt trade servicing in terms of negotiations, complaint handling, coordination with supply chain, credit control and service departments towards smooth trade functioning Key Performance Area 2: Business Performance · Achievement of assigned sales, margin and collection targets in the assigned area · Achievement of quantity and value targets under sales objectives to minimize the loss of business opportunities and increase market share · Ensure the right of mix of products are displayed with the assigned dealers · Introduce customized marketing activities to ensure secondary sales in order to promote primary sales Key Performance Area 3: Professionalism · Actively ensure slow moving items are promoted and sold off to ensure better inventory flow · Conduct market surveys as requested or as needs arise · Monitor competition activities and provide regular MIS to the sales management for proactive actions Key Performance Area 4: Leadership · Ensure proper model mix sales to avoid products moving into slow moving category · Bring innovative ideas into sales process to achieve business objectives المهارات Negotiation & Influencing Skills Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Local Needs , Local Culture & Demographics Knowledge of Industry Norms & Practices Desired Additional Qualifications: SAP knowledge, Saudi Driving License, Spoken Arabic Minimum 5 years in Home Appliances Industry Position vacant: Riyadh: 1 Vacancy Nationality : Any Arab National Visa : Transferable تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-executive-wholesale-dealer-sales-for-riyadh-4143440/ |
