Role Summary:
Requires strong organizational skills and workload management and the ability to react positively to short notice requests; an eagerness to learn and contribute to the performance of the Team will be essential. Being the second-in-command for the whole company and for the efficiency of the overall business. Plans, directs, and oversees a company’s operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. Helps organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.
Key Accountabilities
Direct leadership of Riyadh Office across different functions (SEM, SEO, ECRM, BI, Sales, Content) and culture. Wider leadership of matrix functions.
You will take the Voucherek vision and translate into a structured, practical, customer led, strategy for the Ecommerce business. This role requires significant adaptation to the Ecommerce framework to take into account a different customer segmentation, technology and regulation environments.
Will be responsible for delivering the financial performance all the way down to Contribution Profit (and to adjust plans to meet profitability goals,
The role is highly commercial and requires an ability to think broadly and deeply to piece together disparate data (customer, selection, pricing, operational) to enable success. You will need to identify and implement the commercial actions and initiatives to drive and deliver the expected performance.
You will constantly assess the in-market proposition and optimise key controllable inputs ; ensuring appropriate actions are taken to guarantee commercial success and the best position against competitors,
Will work to improve the end-to-end Voucherek customer and merchant experience from selection, curation & marketing to all post sales activities.
Will lead and develop your teams, develop people strategies in collaboration with HR and build on existing team capabilities through a range of initiatives, from hiring to performance management and talent development.
Grow the Voucherek Channel through merchant retention and growth of supply (via SEO), development of your team, better processes, stakeholder management and wider business stakeholder influence
Establish the required strategy and commercial framework for successful execution.
Execute long-term strategic partnerships - from identification of the key players to negotiation of the contracts.
Build your own profile and Brand in the performance marketing marketplace to develop a network for future open vacancies.
Assist in driving the overall company goals and growth strategy
Know the numbers by understanding and interpreting key business performance metrics.
Motivate, inspire and empower a Leadership team, demonstrating personal selling effectiveness in driving the Company and leading by example foster and embody the Leader Habits.

Qualifications Required (degree, years of experience, technical and soft skills, certificates, languages, etc.)
At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
Must have a professional qualification such as MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, Commercial, IT and Marketing
Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
Hands on experience in fundraising, strategic planning and business development
Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure.
Skills and Competencies
Prior sales leadership experience with Ecommerce, managing and growing a portfolio or category of brands and chains
Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating Commercial/Business Communication Teams
Highly entrepreneurial, self-starting with a strong bias for action, and ability to make things happen
Strategic and with the ability to demonstrate innovative thinking, and a strong adaptability in fast paced environments,
An operational mindset with the ability to deep dive when it matters,
Ability to set a strategy to win and to drive teams to execute on that strategy as well as proven ability to morph strategy to meet the needs of different suppliers.
Demonstrated consultative approach to sales plus a pioneering attitude towards account acquisition.
Experience working in a matrixed organisation, with extreme comfort and love of ambiguity.
