1- CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
- 7-10 years of EXP
2- Project manager
- 7-10 years of EXP
3- Structural & Civil_BIM Modeler
Basic Requirements:
1. 2 to 5 year of practical experience at the construction field.
2. Bachelor’s in engineering or similar degree.
3. Past experience in infrastructure & Building projects.
4. Past experience in Gulf region or mega projects.
5. Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Role Duties and Job description:
• Ability to produce BIM models according to the client requirements and with reference to ISO 19650 standards at different LODs from (100 to 500).
Ability to coordinate/produce the BIM submittals and shop drawings when required using BIM.
4- MEP_BIM Modeler
Basic Requirements:
1. 2 to 5 year of practical experience at the construction field.
2. Bachelor’s in engineering or similar degree.
3. Past experience in infrastructure & Building projects.
4. Past experience in Gulf region or mega projects.
5. Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Role Duties and Job description:
• • Ability to produce BIM models according to the client requirements and with reference to ISO 19650 standards at different LODs from (100 to 500).
• • Ability to coordinate/produce the BIM submittals and shop drawings when required using BIM.
• • Ability to coordinate the BIM deliverables internally and externally with other stackholders.
• • Ability to use Revit software professionally and creating the Revit families quickly and efficiently.
• • Ability to model the MEP elements & generate the relevant analysis, schedule & drawings.
