Objectives:
Our client is a family-business company owns agricultural farms, on top of real estate assets rented to third parties in Saudi, is looking for a Deputy General Manager, to ensure the continued success and development of the company in line with the strategies and goals set by the shareholders. To manage the Organization on a-daily-basis, accelerate growth organically and to identify and evaluate expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
Daily Management of the Organization.
Direct, control and develop activities of the company with a view to optimising the profitable growth of the businesses, in line with agreed targets and budgets.
Participate in the preparation of strategic plans and the establishment of policies and presentation of the Results to the shareholders.
Develop and motivate the management team through effective organisation, selection, communication, delegation, appraisal, and training.
Participate in the process of agreeing achievable business plans and targets within the approved objectives and frameworks.
Regularly monitor progress towards the achievement of these targets, department by department and apply amendments, as necessary.
Ensure the continued success and development of the company.
Bring about and manage change within the organisation.
Grow Revenues of the organisation and control expenses in Saudi.
Represent the Company in front of third parties and local authorities.
المهارات
Strong Arabic language skills, which he will be able to exercise at all levels. English is a plus.
Mature male professional, likely to be aged late thirties to late forties.
Educated to a degree level in business or engineering with an MBA considered highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years experience at a Managerial level in a Saudi Company managing a profit centre. Strategic planning, management, commercial acumen and strong relationship management skills are requisites.
Previous experience of managing a team is also necessary.
A strong communicator able to interact at all levels, including the Board of Directors.
