الوصف الوظيفي - Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen and beverage equipment in Fast Food restaurant kitchens - performs end-user interactions frequently with kitchen-staff requiring advice on equipment operation or status. - Assists with installation and modification of kitchens equipment systems as assigned by maintenance manager. - Assisting in the training of kitchen Department personnel in the proper operation of kitchen equipment in cooperation with quality Department. - Inspects new installation of equipments for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. - Ensures that all work performed is conducted in a safe and timely manner adhering to standards of safety and effective equipment utilization. - Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. - Assure each day’s activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts and maintenance manager - Maintains the necessary service records on mechanical and structural systems. - Order parts and supplies as required; maintain stock and inventory control. - Comply with Company policies, procedures and directives. - Other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisors and/or manager المهارات 2-vehicle driver license 3- English language, (preferred) 4- Experience in kitchen equipments 5- Must be 21 years of age and up 6- Able to work during weekends and holidays تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/kitchen-equipment-technician-4395013/ |
