What you will do
• Hire the right people, we carefully source, interview, and hire talent that matches our cultural values.
• Create job descriptions, applications, screening questions, and challenge tests for candidates.
• Identify with Sabbar values and process applicants that embody those values to the hiring manager.
• Communicate with applicants and coordinate phone & in-person interviews.
• Hunt for talent in community circles, LinkedIn, meet-ups, and parties to find who we shall bring on-barding in our journey.
• Be the weatherman/weatherman and forecast hiring plans based on company goals .
Most importantly, ensure that Sabbar culture is maintained, which is an inclusive and diverse culture that appreciates honesty and transparency.
