Supervise the sales execution in the assigned area by reviewing the achievements against the sales plan, reporting any insights and market dynamics, following-up the collection and coaching the salesmen while maintain customers engagement.

Follow-up with the salesmen in regards to the collection through reviewing the generated aging report to ensure timely collection of the due amounts as per the policy
Search for new customers in the market through capitalizing the market surveys, regular visits and personal connections in order to identify incremental sales opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationship with the customers through gathering feedback, conducting visits…etc. to ensure customers’ engagement and to check the performance of the salesmen
Report the assigned area performance through reviewing the sales plan against the sales achievement in order to improve the sales performance
Supervise on daily basis the sales execution of sales fundamentals ( Distribution – shelving – pricing – display ) through regular communication with the salesmen in order to resolve any issues that arise
Report the market dynamics, competition activities, competitors pricing to the supervisor through market visits to ensure clear communicate to the market situation and to identify any business opportunity
