Applications Head is responsible to provide leadership and strategic direction for the entire engineering lifecycle and is responsible for leading technical & Functional staff, both employees and consultants, in the design, development and delivery of solutions. This position requires a good knowledge of Oracle ERP suite and requires strong vendor management with strategic partners, such as Oracle and various consulting partners. This role requires a thorough understanding of business functions and processes, knowledge of database administration, and ability to manage the development team involved in Integration, Data Distribution and Data Migration. This IT human resource has hands on contributor with a strong technical and functional ability and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic environment. This role will be responsible to manage the workload for the team, provide work estimates, technical architecture, and overall quality of the delivery. This role acts as the contact for the project manage team to provide all aspects of technical and functional solution and delivery the solution on a timely manner with focus on higher quality RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Work with IT Director on managing applications that meet business needs. ▪ Analyze the business requirements and provide work estimates. ▪ Provide design solutions for data integration and distribution components, and also participate in design discussions for other technical components. ▪ Provide leadership and guidance to the vendor resources and team members to deliver a quality solution. ▪ Works on multiple tasks and projects concurrently and in ensuring coordination and integration among related efforts.
