Coach and Develop Social Media Team under his supervision
Maintains solid relationship with stakeholders and acts as a reference to any operational related matters
Maintains solid relationship with employees and acts as a reference
Maintains solid relationship with vendors to ensure smooth operation
Ensure internal alignment and a transparent flow of information with unit by conducting meeting or sending alignment e-mails
Overseeing the assignment, planning, and execution of different social media activates and enforcing quality measures
Maintains the tracking documents to ensure meeting targets
Standardization of the social media operation by:
Creating templates (briefing, planning, calendars, tracking, and reporting)
Creating policies and communicating them and making sure they are implemented
Identify training and build a training calendar specific for employees needs over the year to develop their skills
Help in building the social media strategy on group level
Come up with initiatives and ideas to ensure the group maintains a leading position in social media, related to operations or TV integrations
Come up with ideas and initiatives that could monetize social media
Report on the success of the unite and highlight individual and unite achievement
Identify, monitor, and report on competition activates and keeping a log to be able to compare anytime
Implement the HR policies within the unit
المهارات
Bachelor Degree or Digital Marketing diploma/degree from a reputable University
Minimum of 5 years of social media and/or marketing experience
Fluent Arabic reading and writing
Fluent English command reading and writing
Have managed a social media team before
A proven track record of effective campaign planning
MS Office, with a focus on (Excel and Power Point)
Understand social buzz and viral content and utilize it to grow engagement within assigned accounts
Ability to read and understand Grids to come-up with action items.
Familiar with the business side of essential social media platforms, with ability to spot and evaluate new ones. Essential platforms include:
Facebook.
Twitter.
YouTube
TikTok
Instagram
SnapChat
Ability to use essential tools
Hoot suite for publishing and tracking
Facebook page insights
YouTube channel insights
Twitter specific:
Twitter Grader
Tweet Reach
Trends map
Social Baker
Google Trends
Google analytics
Basic knowledge in Photoshop or any other photo editing tool
Basic knowledge in power director or any other video editing tools
