Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity and development.
Managing and allocating HR budgets.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing HR consultants or agents in other countries such as China.
Managing staff health and wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers and resolving personnel grievances.
Evaluating staffing needs, overseeing full time, part-time and internship recruitment efforts.
Engaging with heads of departments to make sure all staff is aligned to business objectives.
Running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations and designing succession plans.
