KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve storage space and utilization of the safety of the goods stored.
Record-keeping and reporting.
Complying with all health, safety and environmental standards.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Superrvisory responsibilty for the warehouse skill workers.
follow day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
Make sure accuracy of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in th Purchase/Sales orders.
Follow documents cycle in the warehousing standandars
Prepare shipping documentation and other related paperworks.
All transaction related to warehouse material should update.
Unloading of inbound shipments orderly stocking of products, picking and taging of ourbound shipments in accordance with highest level of productivity which includes verification of materials loaded and unloaded agains the purchased order and that all damages and problems are recorded.
Perform other stock-related duties including returns, packing and labeling of supplies.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to higher authority.
Ensures shipment and inventory transactions accuracy.
Ensures that all goods of the same type are in the same place and the products of the companies are not mixed in locations and ensures that all items and shelves have a code.
Maintains all records from goods receipts until end delivery.
Follow-up all delivery status of the goods until they reach the customer and confirm that they are placed corrrectly according to the scheme in the case or project.
Supervising the worker’s loading and unloading from the place of receiving the goods until they are delivered to the customer’s site in accordance to the delivered work plan.
Maintenance of equipment and inspect material-handling equipment and racking.
Prepare stock reports and coordinate with manager in order to rotate and coordinate the disposal of supplies.
المهارات
Candidate must be of the following criteria:
Basic MS office knowlege
Language spoken: Can read and speak English, but Arabic speaker is an advantage.
Experience in E-commerce/logistic and storage is a plus.
