We are looking for a personable and experienced Site Foreman to lead the team on our projects, while fulfilling one of the skilled trade roles needed on site. As the point of contact for both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for successful project completion.
As Site Foreman on our customer’s projects, you must have a solid background in the field. Your leadership and people skills and extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions.
our Projects include underground construction as trenching, fiber blowing, directional drilling, auger , telecom projects, electric projects
Responsibilities :
Provide direction of projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production
Able to work with multiple departments to establish reasonable time lines for work completion while motivating and keeping multiple crews on schedule in a safe and professional manner.
Able to establish accountability across multiple crews for meeting deadlines while overseeing that work is done in a safe manner and equipment is properly cared for.
Prepare engineering field notes. Interpret buried and aerial telecom facilities in records, maps and in the field with clarity and detail.
Recognize, practice, and ensure safety rules and procedures.

Requirements:
Must have at least 4 years of experience as a site-work specific Site Foreman.
Must demonstrate expertise in telecom work , site grading, mass excavation, layout and reading/interpreting the drawings
This person will have direct contact with consultant , Sub-contractors, engineers and inspectors from customers and must act professionally while guarding the best interests of Keir international company and our Customers.
Must be self-motivated and aggressive achievers.
Set up and Effectively run a single or multiple project site locations and ready to start work
