Job Description
This role is responsible for Facilities Management
• Manage administration, facilities, procurement, security, asset management, housekeeping.
• Certification and up keeping of existing infrastructure to support core business operations.
• Skilled in negotiating new and existing licenses, Lease, permit renewals (HO, warehouse, shops/kiosk).
• Space Management and Desk Configuration.
• Responsible for maintenance, development, and renewals of property, vehicle, and medical insurance.
• Processing documents for POA, Leasing, Side Agreements.
• Management of AMC which includes workshop equipment, pest control, and billboarMaintain Civil Works including purchase of needed furniture, materials as well as office stationeries & pantry items.
Health & Safety
Manage and ensure compliance of all installations.Employee Communications & Handbook Management. Schedule review and Facilities Testing.
Vendor Management
• Tender submission
• Tender Validation
• Manage payment and processing
• Skilled in project execution-billboards (DM approvals & DEWA connections).
Government Liaison
- Liaison with MOL, DED, DM, DEWA, SAIF Zone UAQ Zone and other government departments.
Proven experience working as a facilities administration at group level in KSA.
