الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for chefs with experience in contemporary pan Asian. Our restaurant is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for 1- head chef with great experience and solid culinary skills. The chef must have: - Experience in Asian cuisine including Thai, Chinese, and popular Japanese dishes. - Experience in Korean and/or Vietnamese cuisine would be a strong addition. - Experience in Peruvian restaurant would be great as well. - Able to create fusion and contemporary dishes with European, South American and Middle Eastern cuisines. -Must be knowledgeable about creating menus according to the customers’ needs and familiar with the whole process of restaurant operation.
