Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Manager to be based in Al Jouf, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Building Technologies. You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to develop program cost, schedules, and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.
What Will You Be Doing Every Day?
Direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Review the work progress on daily basis
Provides technical support to Project Managers.
Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
Attend client program meetings as needed.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
Extensive experience on large/complex building projects is required.
Good Experience on Airport and Airlines operation and its requirements.
Proven working experience in construction management
Ability to plan and see the big picture
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Knowledge of project controls
Risk assessment/management
Administrative policies and procedures
Multi-tasking ability
Communication, meeting, and presentation skills
BS degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
