We are looking for an outgoing Relationship Manager to engage, build and foster strong relationships with our employer clients in the supermarket/hypermarket sectors to enable them to attract and place Saudi’s into their businesses. To be successful as a Relationship Manager you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by assessing their business needs and identifying solutions that most closely meet their needs. The Relationship Manager’s responsibilities also include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
المهارات
ü Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Client Relations Manager, Account Manager would be preferred
ü Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
ü A customer-oriented attitude
ü Excellent communication and negotiation skills
ü Problem-solving aptitude
ü Ability to work well with a team
ü Proven track record of meeting targets
ü Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
ü Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
