الوصف الوظيفي Abides by the Medical Staff By-Laws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the Surgery Department. Provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom he/she is responsible. Carries out full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the Director of Medical Services and Chief of Surgery in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges. Clinical consultation and physical examination of patients. Participates in review and planning activities relevant to the development of the Surgery service. Participates in the activities and opportunities to promote the Bariatric Surgery service and the Clinic. To involve in non-clinical hospital/unit matters and the care of any patient when required. Participates in the on-call duties as required by the Surgery Department. Teaches staff assigned for training purposes and participates with the Director of Medical Services and Chief of Surgery in planning a programme of career development for trainees. المهارات Personal Qualities/Skills Self motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field. Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English. Capacity for working effectively in a multi-disciplinary and multi-national environment.
