الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to 9,000 SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job location: Riyadh, KSA About the Client: The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean, and International Flavours. Job Role: Ensuring all recipes and food production achieve the targeted yields through effective menu costing and planning Ensure recipes are accurate in the system Co-ordinate with the production team to implement requisite controls, policies, and procedures Suggest and recommend appropriate course of action for controlling all costs, including packaging costs, minimizing wastages, Calculate and monitor inventory variances based on the physical stock and system stock quantities Ensure costing is correctly calculated and posted in system and monitor the food & beverage cost levels Prepare and share daily reports to Corporate Finance Team with respect to F&B;sales and cost المهارات Open to Arabic nationals 27 to 32 years old Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field At least with 3 years of experience in F&B;Cost Control and Menu Management in group of restaurants Excellent Excel Skills Strong analytical and financial management skills Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/assistant-cost-controller-4277545/ |
