Assist with administering vehicle control to ensure continual accountability of company leased and purchased vehicles in accordance with DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia and Vinnell Arabia regulations. Support vehicle control program activities to ensure continual accountability with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Maintains vehicle accountability records and coordinates with dealership for disposal or turn-in of surplus or damaged vehicles. Conducts vehicle inspections; adheres to guidance pertaining to vehicle management; work closely with Vinnell Arabia and SANG Aviation personnel to ensure vehicle management processes and procedures are followed. Ensure vehicle accident information is submitted timely, accurately, and resolved effectively and efficiently.
المهارات
Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fields of vehicle management, supply, and distribution.
understanding of the aviation logistics system. Quality Control and Supply Chain experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred; ability to work swiftly and accurately; ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
