Manage all the operations in the store to achieve maximum output and profitability in all functions.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and Email.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Manager in the end of the day.
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
Checking quantities of goods on display in the showroom.
Ensure that customer service standards support the financial / business targets and objectives.
Ensure that customer is satisfied.
المهارات
Minimum 3 year of experience.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Must take initiative and be proactive to achieve the best results for the business and the customer.
