Deep market knowledge of variety of new and old plastic products and its prospective buyers
Ability to not only plan, but more importantly - making sure the milestones are being achieved in terms of targets, business KPIs.
Formulate an executable plan to grab market share in Riyadh and rest of the Kingdom - Starting with western region to the rest.
Ability to oversee a team of sales staffs - from supervisors to sales representative - operating as a unit and maximizing productivity and revenue for the entire division
Must be well organized in planning, execution and every-day approach
Prompt credit collection from the clients - not just creating business via credit but must be able to collect the payment without delay professionally
المهارات
10 years+ experience (Plastics, disposables) - Middle east.
35-40 Age bracket
Bachelors or Master Degree Holder in Marketing, Plastics or Sales (Latter Preferred)
Transferable Iqama status
Excellent Communication skills - spoken, written specially email correspondences.
Well networked contacts in the industry - to hit the road running.
