Overall responsible for visa processing and legal documents renewal with coordination with the HR Team.
Ensure the up-to-date rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia government.
Submitting and ensuring the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to labor and immigration bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment and residence visas, health cards, car registrations, immigration card, trade license, labor permits, export license, economic license, and foreign license.
Preparing documents to assist the new joiners in medical check-up and paying for labor insurance for approved employees to obtain work permit.
Assisting the dependents of employees in the medical check process.
Assisting employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents.
Managing visa and labor permit checklists.
Updating the HR department regarding government changes on visas, labor permit, and license requirements.
Assisting the company and employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
Maintaining database of all documents, such as; passport copies, visa copies, labor permit, trade license, and immigration card by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
Monitoring the expiration of all documents, visas, and permits, in order to renew them before they expire.
Sending employees notification on documents required prior to their visa or labor card expiring.
Sending out notifications on documents required to renew trade licenses and immigration cards.
Submitting detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department.
Assisting in company errands when required to.
Processing attestation of employee qualifications and civil documents as required.
Keeping abreast of immigration and labour law developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
Proactively managing the timely renewal of all employment visas, residence visas, emirates ID, labor permits, and company related licenses.
Submitting, following-up and gathering all new tasks and visas to guarantee that the tasks and visas are handled and processed on time.
When the need arises, representing the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries, Municipality, Immigration, and other government Departments.
Dealing promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions.

Fluent in English
With 3 years working experience in the same field
Strong knowledge about government rules and regulations
