الوصف الوظيفي Talent Acquisition: · Anticipates changes in manpower and is proactive in addressing the demands of staffing requirements. Regularly meets with TM staff to measure timeliness of staffing efforts and to identify and resolve unforeseen problems. · Manages the recruitment cycle including the development of sourcing strategies, candidate management, developing competitive offers of employment, successfully negotiating final offers, and effectively on-boarding new hires. Proposals & New Business: · Supports GBU and Corporate initiatives that may impact areas of responsibility, such as new acquisitions or proposals for new contracts. May participate in due diligence activities as directed by Corporate Management. · Implements Human Capital strategies and initiatives in support of the Business Plan, including post-merger integration and new startups. · Oversees the completion of special projects in support of GBU or Corporate management. Prepares reports, makes presentations, and conducts independent research and analyses on matters relating to area of responsibility. May serve as consultant within the Company based on area(s) of expertise. Policy, Administration & HR Info Systems: · Participates in TM policy development and recommends revisions as appropriate. Provides input for TM policies specifically related to assigned area(s) of responsibility. · Protects the interests of employees in accordance with corporate policies and relevant laws and regulations. Ensures that approved policies are administered equitably. · Keeps abreast of current human resources laws and pending legislation which might impact assigned area of responsibility. May provide training/information sessions for assigned management group and other TM department members on current topics. · Oversees TM systems and processes required to support Corporate and GBU objectives. Performance Management, Rewards, & Employee Development · Oversees annual performance management process and annual compensation planning process, including incentive plans, for assigned GBU/organizational unit and TM staff. · Provides leadership and direction to assigned TM staff, including identifying opportunities for career growth and development. Reviews staff work output, completes performance evaluations, and takes corrective action as necessary. Reviews salaries and recommends adjustments. · Develops a succession plan by identifying candidates who demonstrate potential for fulfilling future leadership roles. Ensures that each candidate has a developmental plan and is provided opportunities to engage in challenging assignments which will foster personal growth. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) and typically 15+ years of demonstrated Human Resources experience. MBA or advanced degree in related field is preferred, as well as Professional certification (or equivalent). · Ability to apply a wide variety of Talent Management principles, company policies, and practices to an assigned area of responsibility. · Excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of sensitive situations dealing with all levels of employees and managers. · Proven ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees and managers on TM issues pertaining to assigned area of responsibility. · Ability to clearly articulate the relevant applications of laws, regulations, and company policies to guide and persuade managers in making decisions on sensitive employee relations issues. · Demonstrated ability to handle confidential assignments and work in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment. · Expert knowledge of current technology related to field of expertise.
