The Electromechanical Engineer position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives, responsible in troubleshooting machine or equipment problems in all areas of the factory namely Production of Plastic factory , The electromechanical Engineer recommends machine parts for purchase and maintains the spare parts room. Part of his objective is to help the operators ensure that his machine is running 100% all the time during Production for all Machine (Chillers , Air compressors , Plastic injection machines , mixers , Robots and conveyors), He is responsible for the installation and setting up of new machines in the factory. Likewise, he is mainly responsible during commissioning of new machines or production line.

 Report to the factory at least 15 minutes before the scheduled shift and reporting on weekends/holidays.

 Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain all machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

 Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

 Perform electromechanical skills including, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

 Monitoring all work being performed by Maintenance Technicians.

 Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

 Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

 Train and provide work direction to assigned personnel in the performance of a wide variety of duties related to the Maintenance.

 Reading blueprints, and other design documents to aid in mechanical assembly.

 Designing, testing and manufacturing electronically controlled mechanical systems.

 Calibrating hydraulic systems and mounting electronic parts.

 Interpret, explain and apply codes, rules and regulations involved in assigned maintenance activities.

 Perform troubleshooting and quick-fix solution if there machine problems.

 Installs new machines and turn over to operators for smooth operation.

 Wear the proper prescribe uniform at all times.

 Conduct daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness in the maintenance shop.

 Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

 Recommends spare parts for purchase.

 Ensure machine operation at the least possible cost and highest efficiency level.

 Follow-up to concerned people for issues affecting machine performance especially on quality, cost and safety problems.

 Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

 Complete the necessary report by the end of the work and Keep a daily log of tasks.

 Support the 100% implementation of company strategy and tactical.

 Respect and Follow the company rules and regulations at all times.

The working condition vary from adverse heat and cold depending on the season and weather condition. The work is within the factory where the machines is located. Proper uniform and safety gadgets are required during work. Working hours will be minimum 10 hours a day and 6 & 7 days a week depending on production and sales requirement.

Advanced knowledge in operation and troubleshooting of High speed plastic injection machines using in feild of beverage such as preform & caps products .
Had good working skill in injection molding machines, P.E.T. & HDPE production .
Has a good background in maintenance of hydraulic , industrial chiller , electrical parts and generators .
Has good knowledge in basic maintenance of machines such as lubrication/oiling and preventive maintenance.
Use excellent analytical skills and expertise with computer technology and mechanical processes.
Has a good working knowledge regarding the use of basic machine tools that is being used during maintenance and troubleshooting of machine.
Can work with minimum supervision, dedicated to the job and dependable.
The ability to speak English and Arabic is acceptable.
