Job Responsibility
The Airport customer experience specialist will join a three to five months project team with a client in the Aviation industry. This role will contribute in launching a new customer experience strategy by discovering, designing, and developing an outstanding experience that can drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Lead the customer experience strategy project and serve as customer advocate through the entire project life cycle.
Analyse and interpret research data coming from multiple qualitative and quantitative customer satisfaction and service quality surveys.
Lead the development a winning and outstanding CX strategy for airports
Identify critical passenger needs and use cases throughout the entire customer journey in airports.
Develop, manage, and deliver the pipeline of customer experience initiatives
Develop new customer experience initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty in airports.
Translate insights and passenger needs into business requirements.
Understand the technology landscape of the airport and how it can influence the passenger’s experience.

Requirements
Profound experience and knowledge in Passenger Experience in airports and/or Airlines.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver experience initiative for approval
.Profound knowledge with ASQ, ICAOI & IATA standards, methodologies, regulations and policies related to passenger experience
Aviation technology background
Acquire the key competencies to contribute to a customer experience program.
Understand the concepts behind the eight (8) domains of the airport customer experience model.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of CX, airport passenger experience, aviation customer experience in the aviation industry.
Bachelor’s or greater degree is required
Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
Ability to work independently and with a team consisting of executives, project stakeholders and project team members.
