الوصف الوظيفي Our client a leading Engineering contractor based In KSA requires an Operational Divisional Manager for the Maintenance & Site support. You will report into the General Manager and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations from pre-bid to post-bid to meet the organisation’s objectives. Duties include: • To ensure optimum utilization of resources, specifically manpower and equipment across projects, and achieve idle asset utilization target set by the GM. • To enforce productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency through the adoption of Company systems and processes to deliver estimation assumptions. • To communicate effectively, building the Company values and principles and leading client interface on critical matters to build trusted partnerships. • Key account manager for all clients and responsible to maintain excellent working relationships with client representatives. • Support GM with budget preparation. • Approves all project and divisional level (budgeted costs) and ensures correct allocation with GM- oversight and approval. • Ensure full knowledge of contract obligations for each order on hand in cooperation with Chief Commercial Officer. • Support GM-IS with bid / no bid decisions at weekly Growth & Development meetings. • Lead resources planning, with cooperation of Resources Manage and HR Manager to ensure the optimum allocation of resources to projects. • Submission of monthly and yearly reports to GM. المهارات Industry knowledge experience required: • Knowledge of tank repair & cleaning scopes. • Knowledge of specialized industrial services. • Knowledge of plant maintenance / shutdown. • Proven experience of resource allocation and optimization across projects. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/operational-divisional-manager-maintenance-4254789/ |
