Immediate requirement of Construction Manager having relevant 8+ year experience working GCC
Transferable Iqama is required.
Responsibilities
To oversee and direct construction of project from conception to completion
To oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
To coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
To select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
To meet contractual conditions of performance
To review the work progress on daily basis
To prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
To negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
To adhere to established health and safety guidelines to ensure safety of self and other
