Business Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
· Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

· Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

· Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

· Improve ERP Best practice by studying current practices; designing modifications

· Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

· Define department requirements by identifying department milestones, phases and elements.

· Prepare ERP reports format for User, HOD and Management by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

· Prepare dashboards for HOD and Management

المهارات
· Five years minimum of working in analysis, data mining or information related field. Two years’ experience working as business analyst for finance.

· Bachelor degree in business, information technology or related field.

· Should have strong knowledge in Finance & Human Resources

· Knowledge in generating documentation & flow charts for ERP process.

· Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· CBAP ( IIBA ) Certification would be an advantage.
