Ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical abilities, great presentation skills (verbal and graphic) and client facing confidence. We are looking for someone who can independently run and deliver multiple projects and be able to work as a lead/mentor to junior colleagues.
المهارات
Qualified interior designer with ideally more than 5 years’ experience and expertise of carrying out turnkey Interior fit out (Corporate/Retail/Residential) projects.
Expertise in reviewing and carrying out design projects according to technical industry standards.
Execution of delivery with an approach of proactive problem solving and decision making on site.
Ability to learn from experience and put processes into place to ensure proactive reduction of errors and challenges.
Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
Ability to be proactive and see potential challenges before they arise
Experience in mentoring and team management
Thorough knowledge of InDesign, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF editor (Bluebeam Revu)
Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max
An advantage to have knowledge of FARO Laser Scanning, MS Project
