الوصف:
خبرة عملية في مجال المحاسبة والمراجعة من (10 إلى 15) عام
فهم الهدف من اجراءات المراجعة، وفهم فحوى الانظمة والقوانين
تنفيذ الاعمال والإشراف علي الفريق المشترك ,وتقديم خدمات المراجعة للعملاء.
التأكد من كفاءة وفعالية نظم الرقابة الداخلية
مراجعة مخرجات العمل من قبل فريق التنفيذ والتأكد من دقتها وفهمها قبل تسليمها الي الشريك المسئول.
تنفيذ تقييم فعال للمخاطر وادوات الرقابة
ابراز اهم ملاحظات المراجعة لرفع درجة الالتزام
تنسيق اعمال المراجعة الدورية
القيام بمهام ومسئوليات مالية لتزويد عملاؤنا بأنشطة ذات قيمة مضافة.
وضع الخطط السنوية لتزويد عملاؤنا بالأنشطة ذات القيمة المضافة.

Responsibilities:
Experience in accounting and auditing (10 to 15) years.
Oversee and direct a compliant and accurate auditing process
Supervise and coach junior and staff auditors
Ensure efficiency of internal controls
Plan and oversee the auditing process
Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
Perform effective risk and control assessments
Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager
Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
Coordinate periodical audits
المهارات
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
بكالريوس في المحاسبة، او درجة ماجستير مهني
يفضل الحصول على احد الشهدات المهنية ذات العلاقة SOCPA – CPA – ACCA – CIA – CMA
السمات المطلوبة:
مهارات شخصية جيدة مع قدرة مؤكدة على التواصل بشكل فعال (سواء المكتوبة أو الشفوية العربية او الإنجليزية).
يتمتع بالأخلاق المهنية الحميدة وذو شخصية قوية.
القدرة علي الوقوف بشكل عادل ومحايد في المواقف والقضايا الصعبة.
يتمتع بقدرات تحليلية ويتبع المنهج المنطقي في تقييم وحل المشكلات والقضايا المختلفة.
القدرة علي العمل بشكل مستقل ومع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
التزام المرونة الشخصية لتلبية التغيرات المتوقعة في بيئة العمل.
شخصية إيجابية قادرة على التواصل مع الآخرين.
سرعة الفهم والبديهة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

يجب أن يكون كل المتقدمين من الذكور وبصحة جيدة وحسن المظهر.

Skills:
Proven experience as an auditor
In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Organizational and leadership abilities
Integrity and reliability
BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance; master’s degree and professional certification (e.g. CPA, ESAA, CMA) are pluses
Attributes:
Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal, Arabic and English).
Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values.
Ability to stand firm on difficult issues when required.
Strong analytical capability and having logical approach to identifying and evaluating issues and problem solving.
