Midas Furniture is a multi million dollar company which is experiencing phenomenal growth and expansion in the Middle East region. We are looking for highly talented and creative Visual Merchandisers who possess the necessary skills and experience in executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays on the showroom floor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, according to our demanding standards. Roles and Responsibility: • Create effective visual displays of furniture and accessories • Ensure image and brand identity of company is projected and maintained • Stimulate showroom sales to maximum effect through compelling merchandise displays • Ensure effective space management techniques are constantly implemented • Capitalise on best sellers and derive solutions for slow moving items • Coordinate and select merchandise according to sales trends through inter divisional interaction • Assist customers in selection and coordination of furniture and accessories • Constantly develop a clear understanding and appreciation of our customer’s requirements and shopping trends.
المهارات
Experience in the furniture industry would be advantageous but serious consideration will be given to candidates who exhibit a high level of creativity, motivation, and who are passionate about retailing. Candidates must possess the following attributes: • Creative and innovative • Colour, style and fabric coordinating skills • Ability to create a balanced perspective • Space management experience • Good understanding of marketing principles • Sketching skills • Flexible • Organisational and Problem solving skills • Planning skills • Good communication and cross cultural interactive skills • Desire to achieve customer service excellence both internally and externally • Be able to work effectively and efficiently • A willingness and the ability to learn and absorb details quickly
