الوصف الوظيفي · Develop and implement annual budgets and manpower plans that support and facilitates the Sales strategy and plans · Set, cascade and agree targets which contribute to achieving corporate sales revenue targets for all individual sales representatives as well as for the regional locations and export · Drive sales of products across the sales channels and motivate the sales representatives to meet allotted targets whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service · Monitor, track and report on all sales activities and revenues on a regular and ongoing basis to ensure all sales representatives achieve their agreed targets · Establish and implement policies and procedures guiding all sales activities in order to protect revenues and profitability and prevent losses · Identify any new business opportunities for increasing sales revenues, working closely with the GM and Sales representatives to capture such new markets · Build and maintain relationships with poultry farms and other wholesale and retail outlets for chicken products to ensure steady uninterrupted business activities and revenue generation · Ensure reliable and timely delivery of stock · Identify opportunities for export sales on day-old chicks and food products and support the Sales representative to ensure such opportunities are followed up · Liaise with all outlets carrying Food Co. products within the country and in export locations to ensure that products are displayed in vantage and customer attractive areas · Liaise with the Feed Mills Manager and Breeder, Broiler and Slaughterhouse managers to ensure adequate volume of products are available at all times · Establish customer service standards and ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times in order to acquire and retain customers · Manage any specific customer queries /concerns escalated by the Sales team · Attend seminars and tradeshows in order to gain insight to the market and grow the network of potential customers · Provide management support across the department focusing on all aspects of good people management which includes performance management and career development · Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans in line with IYA Investment objectives and Business Plan · Prepare and implement annual marketing & communication budget based on annual marketing plans · Define and oversee implementation of a corporate brand strategy for IYA Investment wholly owned brands e.g. AIMCO, Food Co. · Develop brand guidelines and ensure IYA Investment brand guidelines are adherent to in all marketing campaigns and collaterals · Work closely with Public and media relations activities to promote the image and brand of the IYA Investment group · Work closely with GMs to identify and build new strategic alliances and partnerships that will help IYA Investment achieve its long terms strategic objectives · Develop robust marketing intelligence for use by GMs to support key strategic marketing/ business decisions in order to grow sales · Maintain a strong awareness of the external business environment and make recommendations to GMs based on business intelligence · Approve the participation in key exhibitions and events · Oversee and sign off the content of all communications related to marketing activities ensuring that there is a robust communication mechanism in place · Oversee and sign off the development of all marketing content including digital marketing and ensure digital content is maintained and updated at all times · Lead all advertising and promotional activities across all sales channels · Lead the design and implementation of corporate events and ensure IYA is represented at international and domestic trade fairs · Oversee customer relations & CRM (acquisition, retention & loyalty) and supervise the implementation of action plans to increase customers’ satisfaction · Evaluate performance of key marketing activities against agreed targets, prepare and present regular reports to management as required · Keep abreast of external economic conditions affecting business activity such as industry trends and competition and ensure IYA Investment maintains a best practice approach Provide leadership and management support across the Marketing & Communication team focusing on all aspects of good people management, performance management and career development المهارات · Leadership / people management skills · Strategic thinking · Planning and organising · Business and financial acumen · Negotiation skills · Decision making · Problem solving · Attention to details · Influencing and negotiating skills · Creativity and innovation · Results orientation · Resilience · Customer focus · Teamwork · Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English and Arabic Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/?page=3&jobId;=4211269 |
