We are searching for a qualified Mechanical Engineer who is ready to take on Design, Assessment, and Supervision with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Carrying out a variety of basic field duties at the job Design related to the general construction.
In charge of prepare all the Mechanical design calculation and report with respecting the code requirements.
Study the project scope of works, Client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from the supplied bid documents.
Collate existing building documentation and visit site to effectively advise on potential We Work projects during initial due diligence phases
Advise real estate and construction professionals regarding potential project concerns, and work with legal team to develop rigorous lease terms to support We Work MEP requirements
Interface directly with architectural and engineering consultants to identify key project concerns.
Incorporate understanding of local and national building codes into project information
Manage and solve technical issues that come up across construction trades, while effectively tracking issues as they are captured among internal teams and external consultants.
Coordinate and collaborate with team across disciplines to ensure delivery of projects.
Visit site to ensure quality of installation and to facilitate rapid problem solving of field issues.
Oversee handover of site from development to operations department, managing punch/snag list and MEP handover packages, and troubleshoot commissioning issues.
Develop and lead engineering discipline initiatives, including internal design, modeling, and overall product development and improvement
Independently research potential paths to improving product via such means as efficiency studies, technological improvements, etc.
Report jointly to the Head of Engineering.E
valuate supplier’s proposal to ensure conformity with project requirements.P
repare price comparison among suppliers and makes recommendations.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Technically sound on applicable codes, standards and regulations.
Ability to conduct mechanical analysis and calculations.
High Level of Creativity, Knowledge in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, SOLID WORKS, ETAP,…..,etc.
Problem solving skills, Result Oriented, Communication Skills and Team Playing Abilities.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s degree in an MEP engineering discipline
At least 2 years of Design, Development and Consultancy in related field.
Preferably have a previous experience of prefabricated buildings.
Fluent in English, oral and written.
