• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key operational government offices including Ministry of Interior, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Social Affairs…
• Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas, social security, health cards, bank card.
• Prepare online applications of Social Affairs in compliance with Kuwaiti Laws and regulations.
• Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical checkup, fingerprints and medical insurance for all new employees.
• Timely follow-up on employee’s residency and passport renewals.
• Register and renew all vehicles’ licenses.
• Follow up on company’s licenses including commercial licenses, advertising licenses, health licenses, etc.
• Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after cancellation of their visas.
• Keep records of personnel for visa, passports, CID’s and other important documents.
• Manage the allocated petty cash expenditure through maintaining original receipts and through timely preparation of expenses reports.
• Submit weekly update to the HR Manager on licenses and residencies status (With Government affairs tracing system).
• Maintain the confidentiality of employees’ files.
• Update & communicate all new laws and rules issues by the Government.
• Keep up to date with changes in the legislation and current affairs.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
