الوصف الوظيفي Reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency. Carry out periodic maintenance work for central air conditioners, cooling devices and cold rooms. Check the air conditioners and ensure the safety and correctness of their work. Inspect the pumps and air conditioning networks in the building’s facilities and ensure their safety. Contributing to the necessary general maintenance work. Installing and following up the new air conditioners Performing periodic cleaning for different air conditioner filters Carrying out preventive maintenance, malfunctions, maintenance and installation of air-conditioning and refrigeration units according to the direct manager’s plans Full knowledge of central integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components. Ability to detect, diagnose and repair faults in both HVAC systems. Request and install the required spare parts.
