الوصف الوظيفي • Develop a department-wide online & offline marketing strategy • Supervise Ecommerce Marketing Team • Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics • Creates graph in the system to track product sale • Identify and reaches out to potential affiliates • Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience • Use data to create a strategic plan • Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing • Manage and oversee all the organizations under our business efforts • Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online & offline customers • Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies • Cooperate with the developers to make necessary changes in the website and mobile Apps if necessary • Interview and recruit new marketing executives and educate them about the company policies • Allocate work to the marketing executives including customer service and supervise them • Always provide customer support and ensure achievement of all customer targets and prepare and efficient workflow of all activities and administer all development of content of production of all release cycles. • Administer everyday activities at eStore and forecast all monthly sales and develop efficient eCommerce strategies to maximize revenue for site and implement various promotional strategies. • Prepare reports for all sales and promotions and monitor all site metrics and analyze competitor market and gather knowledge on latest technology in the process. • Develop and maintain effective online marketing channels and evaluate performance for same and design promotional activities to acquire new customers . • Administer all product availability and manage all images for all products and implement effective marketing strategies across all platforms and assist to design various acquisition strategies . • Monitor copywriting processes and prepare content for all acquisition efforts and analyze all campaigns. • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules المهارات • Expert knowledge about various marketing strategies • Knowledge about SEM and SEO concepts • Expert knowledge of affiliate marketing • Knowledge about online campaign management • Expert leadership qualities • Expert analyzing and organizational skills • Excellent recruitment and training skills • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/marketing-manager-4196194/ |
