Content development with subject matter experts
Leading the development of online learning content, including working with subject matter experts and developing in-house content when needed.
Developing and/ or Reviewing training material (presentation, assignment, readings , etc..) and ensuring its quality, referencing and coherence.
Developing presentations to be used in course recorded lectures.
eContent development and program setup
Coaching subject matter experts/ trainers on what to do in the videography session and arranging rehearsals beforehand to ensure video lecture quality.
Leading the videography and editing process while coordinating between the editors and subject matter experts and designer.
Final review and QA of course material
Setting up course pages and uploading content on platform.
Briefing marketing team members and reviewing the marketing plan.
Briefing course engagement team members and reviewing the course engagement plan.
Meeting clients to present the work and discuss content related matters.
Researching training needs that support the content development strategy..
Reviewing course progress and using feedback from the engagement team to develop recommendations and/ or implement improvements were needed.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in education related field and / or 5-7 years of experience in eContent development
Experience working in the area of education technology, adult learning, organisational learning and development or a related field.
Pedagogical knowledge and awareness of the theories, practices and debates surrounding learning, teaching and technology-enhanced learning.
Demonstrable practical experience of designing effective online, blended and/or distance learning experiences.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Able to visually represent information in a way that supports learning
Creative, able to think outside the box and simplify complex ideas
Effective organization, time management and project management skills
High attention to detail
Research skills
Fast learner
Flexibility and problem solving skills
Collaborative and has strong interpersonal skills, with a defined focus upon user experience
PLUS Basic proficiency in Microsoft office products, Google suite, HTML, JavaScript, CSS which is sometimes used in course pages.
