الوصف الوظيفي ensuring its adoption across the government strategy. • Implement the development of strategy plans by playing a support role in all the planning and budgeting activities performed by the government. • Support in establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans. • Work closely with senior team members to design and develop strategic transformation framework for increasingly high and complex business needs, ensure the momentum of the program and improve performance across departments and functions. Strategic Performance Management: • Support the development of performance reports for the project’s leaders as well as facilitating cross- functional performance reviews for this leadership. • Support the refreshment of an effective strategy department inclusive of management, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel, identifying and advising on areas for enhancement and focus. Strategic Risk Management: • Review, manage, and analyze existing government strategies to provide council to the leadership team and ensure alignment with the business’s overall strategy. • Assist department leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage. المهارات · Skills & Competencies: advanced professional competencies evidenced by professional certification such as a CPA, SA, or CFA. · MBA or another post- Exposure to corporate / government strategy. · client-facing experience, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making. · Minimum Experience: At least 3+ years of working experience in a corporate strategy position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-strategy-specialist-4193961/ |
