الوصف الوظيفي The HR Manager is responsible to direct and manage all HR operations through relevant and official channels in collaboration with the HR administrative staff. This position is also responsible for processing monthly payroll and all ad-hoc and periodic HR related payments. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitors internal HR systems and databases and key HR metrics - Reviews and approves or modifies budgets - Responsible for the insurance administration (GOSI) for all employees - Ensures workstation readiness for new employees - Ensures all required equipment is purchased and shipped on time as per relevant requisition forms - Registers new employees on SAP payroll system - Undertakes and is responsible for the new employee registration process - Maintains all company registration documents and is responsible for fulfilling all registration related requirements. - Renews company registrations as per the official requirements where applicable - Responsible for exit re-entry visa applications processing via Ministry of interior - Responsible for all Iqama applications and issuance for expats via Ministry of Interior - Responsible for labor related proceedings focusing on resolving disciplinary inquiries, disputes etc. - Ensures company and employee compliance with KSA labor laws QUALIFICATION Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or other relevant and appropriate field. Equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered.
