We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) individual who is currently based in Saudi Arabia for a starting up E-Commerce company
Key Responsibilities Include
· Develop and execute business strategies, drive sales and optimize performance.
· Own the ecommerce strategy in alignment with strategic priorities to drive revenue and increase market share growth
· Execute on the strategy by developing operational plans for the team, managing execution, measuring and delivering results.
· Set up and manage analytics, develop and own the entire ecommerce budget around advertising spend, and other appropriate metrics.
· Leverage customer insight and constantly monitor the competitive market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics
· Vendor/Reseller Management
المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, commerce or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
10 to 15 years’ experience within E-commerce and merchandising.
Experience in managing a portfolio of digital applications and websites is a plus.
Experience in establishing similar business startup.
Knowledge of statistics, analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, problem solve, multi-task and deliver with good time management skills.
Strong customer focus and orientation.
