Our client is an exciting Engineering Solutions start-up in Riyadh KSA. They are looking for an experienced Innovations Lab Director.
The Director for Innovations Lab is responsible for building, establishing and operationalizing a pool of solutions engineers that would execute the mandate of the Innovations Lab of conducting rapid technical experimentation.
Responsibilities
Lead the efforts in designing and implementing a systematic way of conducting technical due diligence and technical solutions evaluation
Oversee the efforts in building required capabilities of team members in technology solutions development
Allocating solution engineer resources to project assignments
Establishing process and/or guidelines in guaranteeing the sustainability of delivered software solutions
Assist the whole Innovation Team in building partnerships with technology solutions provider that would benefit the company

المهارات
Master’s degree in Cyber Security/Internet of Things/Information Systems/Computer Science.
Has practical experience in managing the work team to build prototypes for startup products
Required to have the accessibility and ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels and roles within the company.
Is a confident, energetic self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.
Has good judgment, a sense of urgency and has demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
