To establish realistic schedules for the projects and to ensure implementation of most appropriate and effective progress measurement and reporting systems by the Consultants & Contractors to enable effective monitoring of the progress, which is essential for ensuring timely project completions
To prepare, update and maintain systems and procedures relating to Project Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Progress Reporting, Progress Trending, Progress Certification, etc. consistent with the Company requirements.
To ensure all project control requirements are adequately incorporated into the Tenders/Agreements for various projects (Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, PMC, etc.).
Review of part of the Technical Bids pertaining to Project Controls and prepare relevant portion of the Technical Evaluation Report as well as to finalize relevant portion of the Agreement document subsequent to award.
To make detailed review and analysis of all submittals from Pre-FEED , FEED, EPC, PMC Contractors/Consultants during implementation stage relating to Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Reporting, Schedule Risk Analysis, Productivity taking into consideration the Agreement requirements, Project priorities.
To verify and endorse monthly physical progress claimed by the Consultants/Contractors for payment purposes.
To evaluate & analyses the reported progress and schedule status, identify the Areas of concern impacting the project completion schedule and to advise the Head of Project Controls on the proposed corrective actions.
To review resource deployment by Contractors/Consultants for determining their adequacy for meeting the completion schedules based on the productivity rates and recommend enhancements where required.
المهارات
Engineering Degree or equivalent.
8 years experience in planning with management experience.
Must have worked on a power plants.
Experience on Reverse Osmosis Project with a Main Contractor is a must.
Commissioning experience is essential.
