Control the daily operation in the kitchen, motivate the staff by using the best training for staff and the ability to increase the sales and get the menu feedback and use the new promotions.
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the from Operation Manager to complete the daily tasks.
Control food cost and reduce the wastage.
Has good experience in Italian, French, Asian and International food preparation.
Implement training for the Kitchen Team according to Company Standards.
In charge and responsible of the entire kitchen production as per the Restaurant Standard.
Manage and create new types of food menus.
Display good team work attitudes towards colleagues.
Can be work under pressure.
Display creativity in production and services style in concert with established standards.
Ensure proper handling of equipment; prevent loss and damages to assets and goods.
Planning of food shows programs for the assigned outlets.
Check personally the quality of received food product from the store.
Excellent international cooking skills.
An understanding of produce and ingredients.
Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, food hygiene, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Consult and check on daily requirements.
Guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
المهارات
should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.
