Chief Accountant (Priority for Saudi / Iqama Transferable is A Must)
Main attributes:
Reporting to (Accounting Manager / Finance Manager)
· Being the Key person responsible of all Accounting activities.
· Supervise the preparation of the daily accounting activities.
· Prepare the required reports according to the work requirements
· Partner with AM
· Safeguards Company’s assets.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
To manages staff accountants and A/P, A/R, F/A and Cash Management.
Mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of financial information.
Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and IFRS.
Preparation of the monthly statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
Maintain and update the Company’s chart of accounts.
Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Assure compliance with local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.
Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
Review payroll in coordination with Personnel.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
• Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.
• Distributes monthly comparison reports and cost center reports according to schedules.
• Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
• Adheres to internal and external deadlines.
• Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance.
• Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
BA in Finance with 10 years of experience last 5 years in similar position, professional qualification (CMA, CPA) will be preferred
Language Skills
English & Arabic (Must)
Computer Skills
MS Office Package
ERP such as ORACLE, SAP, AX.
High level of
· IFRS
· Planning and Organizing and Coordination Skills
· Problem Solving & Decision Making
· Results and Achievement, Team Work and Detail Orientation
