We are looking for CORPORATE PMO CONSULTANT for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Role Summary Job Description and Requirements SAR is looking for an executive-level PMO Consultant tp join our Corporate Control Division and help manage and oversee the PMO Department and its associated activities. An ideal candidate would come from the PMO environment and will have a proven track record of managing and overseeing large scale of the directive and supportive PMO functions, Strategies and implementations. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Revise and enhance SAR Project Management Methodology on a yearly basis Review and enhance Project Governance Assess the Corporate PMO function and provide Align and integrate PMO functions, processes, templates and reporting with internal and external stakeholders Develop and conduct Project Management Training and Project Management Methodology awareness and coaching sessions Plan and conduct periodic project reviews & audit sessions and issue findings & recommendations reports Monitor and control overall project risks & issues and support project managers in identifying, analyzing and resolving them Provide project performance reporting and KPIs Review and enhance the project management systems and tools Other activities and duties upon the PMO Managers request MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Mentor and coach employees to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area’s KPIs and objectives Provide recommendations on emerging trends and practices and apply them in the respective functional area https://www.naukrigulf.com/corporate-pmo-consultant-jobs-in-riyadh-saudi-arabia-in-saudi-arabian-railway-company-10-to-16-years-jid-260320000033 |
