Role Description:
The Management Information Systems (MIS) Lead will be the focal point for all aspects on MIS on the project. Working within the Project Management Office (PMO) Group, reporting to the PMO Manager, the role will provide MIS guidance and advice to the entire project team on managing, operating, and reporting on project service management systems. The post holder will be responsible for establishing MIS frameworks, educating staff in the use of those frameworks and ensuring the correct processes and procedures are adhered to across the project. The post holder will also manage a small team of highly qualified personnel to carry out the daily operational activities. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring all systems deployed on the project are appropriately connected and use a consistent information basis to ensure accuracy of information.
Experience and Skills:
Essential:
Experience of setting, implementing, enhancing, and managing MIS processes, policy, and procedures (SOPs, SOIs).
Strong knowledge in ITIL/ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Config, Knowledge Management).
Strong experience in implementation and customization of BMC Remedy process workflows, forms, data structures, smart reporting, security, and associated tools.
Interfacing with Power BI to Create Reports & Dashboards
Experience in Mobile Reach and BMC Event Management
Good knowledge and experience of business reporting cycles and reporting tools.
Knowledge and experience in developing business portals, reports, and dashboards.
Knowledge and experience in business requirements analysis, design, and development

BMC Remedy certification.
ITIL recent certification.
Desirable:
Experience of working in Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of the Facilities Management, IT or Delivery Partner industries.
