Job Description and Requirements
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & FUNCTIONS:
To carry out all functions relating to the day to day functions in Central Stores (Kham-al-aan).
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be familiar with the Receipt and issue procedures.
To be familiar with the storehouse location system.
Be able to check the accompanying documentation to match the store delivery i.e. to check the Part Number, Description and Quantity.
Bring to the attention of the S&L;/TL any receipt/issue discrepancies.
Obtain NG representative’s signature for item(s) delivered by KBR.
Record all receipt/issue data in SMIS and/or Excel sheet to maintain the record for KBR use.
Maintain KBR Store and ensure that the items are located in a manner that provides the correct stock details.
Ensure that the KBR Store is maintained to a high degree of cleanliness and tidiness.
To perform loading/unloading duties.
To Assist packing/unpacking of stores.
Process relevant photocopying when required.
Deliver/Collect Stores to/from local sites and within Riyadh area.
Be able to carry out other Stores functions as required by S&L;/TL .
Be included on the “Duty Rota” and to respond to call-out in order to provide Stores support outside normal working hours.
Be prepared to work at any of the SANGCOM site locations within the Kingdom as and when required.
Carry out any other duties relating to the stores as required by the ST/L
