Job Description and Requirements The Reporting & Information Management Lead will be the focal point for all aspects on reporting and information management on the project. Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, the role will provide Reporting, Information Management, Document Control, security, and tools management. Provide guidance and advice to the entire project team on setting and implementing RIM policy, processes and procedures. The post holder will be responsible for establishing RIM strategy, frameworks, educating staff in the use of those frameworks and ensuring the correct RIM processes and procedures are adhered to across the project. The post holder will also manage a small team of information, reporting, and document control staff to deliver RIM services to project stakeholders and management. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring all information management systems are secured and available and use a consistent information basis to ensure integration of information. Experience and Skills: Essential: Experience in defining Information Management strategy and direction. Experience of setting, implementing and managing Reporting and Information Management processes, policy, and procedures. Good knowledge and experience of business reporting cycles and reporting tools. Strong SharePoint environment skills, with full understanding of sharepoint development (Lists, Forms, Workflow, Reporting, and Security) and access management for Management, Client, and suppliers. Strong knowledge and experience of reporting in BMC Remedy. Experience in setting-up and managing document controls, repositories, and tools. IT Skills – high demonstratable experience of developing, implementation and administration of a range of SQL databases (e.g. MS-SQL, Oracle) and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI). Knowledge and experience in developing business portals, reports, and dashboards. Knowledge and experience in business requirements analysis. Inquisitive by nature, able to challenge the norm and seeks to drive improvement through evidence and using soft skills combined with data to build advocacy. Analytical thinking, strong communicator, shows initiative, and self-starter. Organised – ability to plan, prioritise and delegate where required. Sets and meets challenging goals and seeks long term improvement. Strong presentation skills and experience of presenting to a range of high-level stakeholders. Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust and support of team and customer. Desirable: Experience of managing staff in business reporting and information management functions. Experience of working in Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Knowledge of the telecom and IT industries.
