Job Description and Requirements The Service Desk Operator will provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Qualifications: Essential: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in successfully working in a customer service role IT Literate High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. Have or be able to obtain necessary security clearance. Desirable: Experience of working within a customer focus environment Experience of working to targets FM knowledge or experience Working with IT databases Experience and Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong customer focus.
