Hands on experience working with Enterprise BPM (Web methods, IBM, Oracle, JBoss)

Understanding of Process UI, Task list, Process administration.

Business rules design.

Analytics / Optimization.

Understanding of design patterns concepts.

Excellent understanding of Agile methodology.

Integration concepts and J2EE concepts.

Excellent understanding and hands-on experience working with REST APIs.

Hands-on experience integrating UI and backend systems.

Knowledge of HR processes business (Plus).

Roles and responsibilities

Design technical solutions.

Work closely with business analysts to review and approve requirements.

Make sure that all ongoing changes are is not impacting project design principles.

Effectively communicate solutions to development teams

Attend retrospective sessions

Work closely with other solution architects to coordinate all ongoing changes.

Act as a quality gateway for the whole solution delivery
